For all reporting individuals:
No further action will be taken without your consent.
Any reports made will be strictly confidential and will not be shared or be included on your personal record.
The University respects your ability to withdraw your report at any time, should you wish to do so. Please keep in contact with the caseworker and/or the University Support Services to manage this, who can advise on providing ongoing support.
All reports made can help to provide useful insight into particular issues affecting staff and students within the University, allowing us to develop targeted prevention measures. At this stage, any details provided in reports will be anonymised in order to protect your identity.
For students, the Student Wellbeing Service will offer continuous support whether you choose to escalate the report to a formal complaint, report to the police, or choose not to take the report any further.
